ITComplete™ STANDARD The Standard level of service is designed for companies without an IT Staff that require low levels of IT Support. PC and Server issues are monitored at the same frequency as the Basic level and we continue to investigate any critical issues and provide the client a plan to resolve the ones that require action. All critical Microsoft patches are installed even if that means we need to manually connect. A new addition is Disk Imaging of all PCs and Servers. At this level, PCs are imaged weekly and servers are imaged nightly. The system to store the images onsite is provided by UNAPEN and we can propose automatically moving the most critical data offsite at an additional cost. Licensed software to protect client PCs and Servers from Malware is included and fully managed by UNAPEN. As with all other levels, Spam filtering is included for each covered PC as is monthly disk defragmentation. At this level, the client gets a yearly system review in addition to the monthly status report. We can still remote into systems for more efficient ad hoc support and they can use trouble tickets to request service. One further addition over basic is that any virus or spyware issues will be resolved without additional cost. As mentioned, this level of service is designed for companies without an IT staff. However, we will still need a point person who can assist with issues requiring hands and eyes – we cannot be constantly there to clear paper jams and troubleshoot network connectivity. Though, we can talk a local person through such troubleshooting over the phone.
