Professional
Ideal for firms with an existing IT staff. Professional level tools can help IT personnel focus on critical and creative missions, rather than mundane, day-to-day tasks. Included at this level are:
- Critical system events monitored and reported to IT Staff
- Managed application of Microsoft patches
- Email filtering for Spam, viruses and other unwanted content
- Managed Antivirus/Antispyware with alerts to IT Staff
- Remote assistance and trouble ticketing system for use by IT Staff with escalation to UNAPEN available
- Automated Monthly PC disk defragmentation
- Monthly system status reports
Basic
Ideal for firms with a very limited IT staff. Basic level tools are more comprehensive than those in the Professional package. At this stage, UNAPEN interacts with IT personnel that may need a slightly more involved IT partner. Basic includes the features of Professional but adds the following:
- UNAPEN’s proactive investigation of uncovered critical issues
- Manual patch installation when required
- Virus and spyware removal (licenses not included at this level)
Intermediate
Ideal for firms with no IT staff, but a compelling need for IT support. This level includes the features of the Professional and Basic tiers, but adds components that would be difficult for a small firm to address independently. These features include:
- Disk imaging of all PC’s and servers to a UNAPEN provided storage system
- Managed Antivirus/Antispyware service and licensing included
- A comprehensive annual systems review
- Regular detailed monitoring of all IT Services
Advanced
Ideal for growing firms with dynamic network environments. This level is true Managed Services. It is perfect for companies that are considering an IT department expansion or a move to “outsourcing” rather than simple “outtasking”. In addition to all the features of the Intermediate tier, UNAPEN’s Advanced clients receive:
- All General IT support included in the monthly fee
- Nightly PC imaging
